A New Jersey native and Ivy League graduate, I'm Nadir Pearson, currently serving as VP of Business Development at WISECO and Co-Founder of Hybrid.

With a rich background in digital marketing from industry giants like High Times and Herb.co, I’ve spearheaded client campaigns for top-tier brands like GPen, Cannabiotix, High Times, and Zig-Zag over the last 8 years of my career.

I'm passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders through SMART (Student Marijuana Alliance for Research & Transparency), a national college cannabis organization I founded to bridge the gap between cannabis and academia.

When I can I moonlight as an Agent at GRTR, pitching cannabis operators on licensing deals for mainstream talent such as Carrots By Anwar Carrots, Higher Celebrations, and Danielson Williams to name a few.

I advise and lead strategy for key projects that support the growth of WISECO (Black-owned MD cannabis operator). My day-to-day can go from negotiating partnerships to sourcing potential real estate properties to engaging with local + state politicians.

My team and I have raised over $125k so far to launch Hybrid, a new cannabis shopping app, that is officially on the App Store. I led design for the UX, our capital raise, and onboarding dispensaries and cannabis brands onto our platform. Check it out here.
